Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Laravel covering acceptable use, your data, availability, billing and liability.

Last updated · 23 August 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using Laravel you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, your API keys and any MCP tokens you issue. API keys and MCP tokens act on your behalf; treat them as passwords. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential has been exposed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to break the law, to host or transmit malware, to send unsolicited bulk email, to infringe intellectual property, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack, overload or probe infrastructure you do not control. Automated traffic must respect the rate limits attached to your plan.

Your content is yours

You retain all rights to the content, schemas and configuration you create. We claim no ownership. We access your project data only to operate, secure and support the service, or where you ask us to.

Plans, limits & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Usage limits are metered per project and are soft by default. We would rather talk to you than break a client's production site. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before a price change takes effect.

Third-party services

Payment gateways, email and SMS providers, AI model providers and OAuth identity providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. You connect them with your own keys, and funds and messages settle directly to and from your accounts. We are not a party to those relationships.

Availability

We aim for high availability and we run our own client work on the same platform, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless you hold a separate written agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service at any time and export your projects in full before you go. We may suspend an account that materially breaches these terms, threatens platform stability, or is unpaid after notice, with a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem where the circumstances allow.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
